The space

Originally built in 1916, the space was first used as a bridal shop in the 20’s and 30’s then a printing press and a modern art gallery after. It was fully renovated with new floors in the main living area. A total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 3/1.5 on the main level and an upstairs master suite bedroom with ensuite spa bath.

You will be blown away when you walk through the front door and are greeted by a soaring 14 foot original tin ceiling with gorgeous art deco light fixtures, colorful murals, and a custom painted pool table.

There is plentiful seating in the main area including a restored bowling alley fiberglass bench from the 1950s, large sectional, funky blow up sofa, 2 oversized lounge chairs, and plentiful seating at the bar. Sit back and relax or play a game of pool, Golden Tee or NBA Jam. Enjoy some music on our record player or play some music on our bluetooth speaker. We have provided an iPad with premium Spotify so you can jam out without having to occupy your phone.

Massive 12 ft bar with a 10 ft island that is the perfect place to gather and watch the big game on the 75 inch smart TV. Bar was designed by a bartender for seamless function. The bar is equipped with a glass rinser, ice maker, wine fridge and additional dishwasher. We have provided bar tools, bitters and shatterproof bar glasses. Hire a bartender for the night and throw a few cocktails back!

The space is perfect for catered events with a separate kitchen in the back of the property. There is a gas stove and oven as well as double electric ovens for larger food events. Kitchen has updated appliances and a large dining table. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Coffee and tea provided via Keurig. Variety of cereals provided at the cereal bar for late night munchies and late morning cartoon binges.

Plentiful sleeping options including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 4 full beds (2 bunk beds), a fold out twin sofa, 3 full air mattresses, 3 full Japanese floor mattresses.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire home except the roof. The roof is monitored by cameras and absolutely no entrance to the roof is allowed.
